Your Remote Desktop Service session has ended, possibly for one of the following reasons:
The administrator has ended the session.
An error occurred while the connection was being established.

Cụ thể khi mình upgrade Windows 10 thì khi remote vào nó thì gặp lỗi đó.
Để khắc phục vấn đề này, bạn phải vô hiệu hóa WDDM graphics driver. Để thực hiện chúng ta làm theo các bước sau:
Bước 1: Sử dụng tổ hợp phím [ Windows ] + R để mở hộp thoại Run, sau đó gõ gpedit.msc
Bước 2: Nó sẽ mở ứng dụng “Local Group Policy Editor“, các bạn theo đường dẫn
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services> Remote Desktop Session Host > Remote Session Environment.
Kích đúp vào “Use WDDM graphics display driver for Remote Desktop Connections”
Bước 3: Chọn “Disable” => Bấm [ OK ] để lưu lại config.
Sau đó restart lại máy thì các bạn sẽ remote thành công.
